Adolfo and Esther, a couple from Malaga with more than thirty years of experience in the hospitality sector. Inspired by the gastronomy of Southern Spain.

Our specialty is paellas cooked directly at the events that hire us. Being able to also offer tapas and accompaniments to complete the menu for any type of celebration.

The food was delicious, people kept repeating paella, and talking about it afterwards. The garlic shrimp flew, I didn’t even get to taste those, such a boomer! From the very first moment I reached out, Maria from Taste of Paella was incredibly informative, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. She even took the extra step to secure a permit for my venue, which made everything so much easier for me. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, and prepared with such care and cleanliness. Maria arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and brought such a warm, loving energy to our event. She catered my engagement party and fed all of my guests, and everyone could not stop talking about how great the food was! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests loved it. They were also great leading up to the event, answering all of my questions and making sure everything was taken care of.
