About Us

In Pembroke Pines, we’re best known for showing up to birthdays, quinceañeras, and family reunions with a full paella setup — propane burner, fresh seafood, and a chef who talks guests through what’s happening in the pan.
It’s part meal, part show, and it tends to be the part of the party people remember.
We scale the menu to fit whatever you’re planning, from a 20-guest backyard dinner to a 200-guest block party, without changing how much care goes into each pan.

Our Menus

A minimum of 20 guests is required for on-site cooking services. During peak season, the minimum requirement increases to 25 guests.

The prices in the following list are per person.

All our paellas are served with a side of Mediterranean salad and baguette-style bread.

All our paellas are open to ingredient modification upon request.

  The most popular paella of all. A delicious mix of seafood that includes shrimp, squid, mussels, clams and fish.
  Made with sautéed Mediterranean vegetables and a delicate selection of aromatic spices cooked in our fish broth.
• Paella Mixta – $29
  A combination that will not leave you indifferent. Includes chicken, shrimp, squid and mussels.
  With its sautéed Mediterranean vegetables and its homemade broth.
• Paella Campera – $27
  Delicious combination for meat lovers. Includes smoked chorizo, chicken and garden vegetables.
• Paella de la Huerta – $26
  Our vegetarian option. In this paella you will find all kinds of seasonal vegetables.
• Paella Campera with Shrimps – $29
  A delicious blend of smoked chorizo, chicken, and garden vegetables, now elevated with the fresh addition of shrimp.
  A countryside classic with a coastal twist.
• Paella Langosta – $45
  A premium paella made with fresh lobster for an exceptional Mediterranean experience.

  The most famous of Andalusia’s cold soups. Emulsion based on tomato, pepper, cucumber and garlic, with virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar.
• Spanish Potato Salad (Ensaladilla Rusa) – $6
  A classic Spanish tapa made with tender potatoes, finely chopped baby onions, hard-boiled eggs, green olives, peas, carrots, and premium tuna loins,
  all gently folded into a silky, creamy mayonnaise.
• Spanish Tortilla – $5
  The queen of tapas. Made with slow-cooked potatoes, onions, and eggs gently cooked in olive oil.
• Shrimp Cocktail – $5
  Shrimp marinated in a vibrant citrus sauce, finished with thinly sliced red onions and a hint of fresh cilantro.
